MSNBC - Floods swamp parts of Northeast

MSNBC - Floods swamp parts of Northeast: "And at Cincinnatus, N.Y., about 20 miles east of Cortland, the Otselic River flooded a nursing home, forcing out about 35 residents." [ed - emphasis mine]
